Registration Process
2025-2026
We are excited you're ready to join in the fun for 2025-2026!
Our Registration process has changed this year, so please read through the instructions before continuing.
NOTE! If you would like Bailiwicks to direct-bill StepUp for Students as part of the UA or PEP programs, you will need a code to register.
If you don't have that code
STOP
Fill out our Direct Bill Request Form!
(You do not need the code if you plan to pay Bailiwicks and be reimbursed.)
Steps for Registration
1. Choose your classes and add to your cart. You will need to register each student individually. First, add all of Student #1’s classes to your cart, proceed through Step 2, then click on “Add more classes” at the top right. Continue with this until all your students’ classes are in the cart.
2. Fill out your forms, waivers and billing choices on the last page before payment.
3. Next, time to check out. Upon registration you will be charged a $100 Family Registration Fee per family, 20% Deposit and your materials fees. Your cart will automatically include any Multi Class Discounts. You will be credited your Early Bird Discount (if eligible) manually. Please note that this discount will not show on your Registration initially.
4. You will receive a Registration Confirmation from Jumbula that shows a summary of your payment and the due dates for the remainder of the year. In that email, there is a very important survey for you to fill out. If you are using SUFS funds and indicated so on registration, we will send you an invoice that has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of their reimbursement protocol.
5. Tuition for Fall Semester is due by August 6th, 2025.
If you would like to pay by cash, Zelle or check, please let us know by choosing "Cash, Check or Zelle" as your payment option when registering and turn in your payment before the due date.
Your Payment will be processed by the credit card on file if we haven't received your check by August 6th.
You will receive communication from both Bailiwicks and your students' sages over the summer to help prepare for the fall. You will be added to our Mailing List and we hope you'll join our Facebook Community group as well as our Forum to stay up to date on social gatherings and community building events. We look forward to welcoming you to our new space on August 13th for Orientation.
