Join us for a calming and empowering 6-week yoga session designed to help you connect your mind, body, and breath. Whether you're a beginner or returning to your practice, this series offers a welcoming space to build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.
Each class will focus on gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, giving you tools to carry calm and confidence into your daily life.
