Welcome to high school Biology! This exciting and interactive course offers a hands-on approach to understanding the science of life. Students will explore key biological concepts, including cell structure and function, genetics, evolution, ecosystems, and human anatomy.
Through engaging labs, dissections, and experiments, students will apply the scientific method to real-world biological questions. In addition to hands-on learning, this course will include research papers, projects, and homework to deepen understanding and develop scientific literacy.
With a balance of exploration, collaboration, and critical thinking, this course makes biology both challenging and fun. By the end of the year, students will gain a greater appreciation for the living world and the processes that sustain it.
