Move with Power

Materials Fee: $10 

Supplies needed: Yoga mat, towel, water and possibly a change of clothes if prefferred.

In this foundational course, students will learn the principles and techniques of Strength Building with an emphasis on safe and effective movement patterns. The skills developed here will enhance strength, resilience, and confidence, providing a solid base for all sports and physical activities. Students will leave this class not only stronger but also empowered with the knowledge to set and achieve personal fitness goals.
